Vi sualization and controlThe installation can be operated with a touch-panel in the control cabinet, for example From here you can program the parameters for the automatic processing cycles and determine the length of wire to be introduced. The set values and the actual quantities are shown and stored in the visualization system. |

Wire treatment machineTreatment stations can be equipped with several wire treatment plants at the same time. These devices are generally located on the roof of the treatment stand on special support systems. These wire treatment plants use a sliding wheel system to take the processing wire from the coil into the molten material to be processed. The lower wheels are the drive wheels and are connected to a geared motor. The upper wheels guide the wire. There is a pneumatic pressure set on the upper wheels to ensure constant application pressure. |

Roller archesThe wire is fed from the coil to the processing plant via a roller arch. The rollers mounted on the arch guide the wire smoothly and ensure correct return. |
